PART. II. FEDERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Section. 4. Free basic health care for all Citizens:

The Valentine Constitution provides free basic health care to all Citizens; saves 15-25% of health care costs now spent on billing and insurance paperwork; saves 75% on drug costs by getting wholesale, bulk rate drug deals; saves 55% on drug costs using healthier natural remedies without side effects; saves 10% of our national budget allowing Citizens to die with dignity when they wish; saves 25% in health care costs by requiring an organic, toxin-free food supply, saves 25% in health costs by requiring exercise for students and government workers.

RIGHTS and FREEDOMS

PART. I. RIGHTS and RESPONSIBILITIES

Section. 7. Every Citizen of sound mind shall have sole power over their own body; the right to have an abortion, end one’s life or refuse treatment or resuscitation shall be permitted, and if in pain or ill, regardless of age:

60% of Medicare and Medicaid is spent during the last 3-6 months of the recipient’s life, often against the patient’s will! Our current Constitution fails to allow either the doctor, the patient or their loved ones to end a sufferer’s tedious, pain filled existence. The Valentine Constitution saves us 10-15% of our national budget and allow people to leave this world with dignity when they want.

The Valentine Constitution reduces the need for and the cost of expensive, often incorrectly prescribed drugs whose side effects are often worse than the illnesses they are intended to fix. Organic meals, correct exercises and healthy habits taught to our K-12 school children will reduce their adult health care costs and their need for drugs.

PART. III. Our WATER and FOOD SUPPLY

Commercial food is a toxic heath killer. Organic FOOD and eating right is the cheapest, tastiest fastest way to health. Add 20 minutes of exercise each day and give big pharma back their pills.

Section. 3. Prohibits imports of nonorganic foods, nonindigenous animals or body parts:

Plastics, pollutants, poaching and invasive species are destroying the food chains we need to survive.

Section. 4. Organic toxin free sustainable farming:

Requires organic farming; prohibits the growth hormones, antibiotics, toxic pesticides and synthetic fertilizers causing many of our health problems.

Section. 6. Reusable, biodegradable, sustainable, nontoxic containers, packaging and building materials:

Toxic packaging used once creates waste. If the world lived like Americans, we’d need 8 planets to sustain us!

Section. 8. 100% sustainable energy grid:

Dismantles the entire fossil fuel and nuclear apparatus; creates toxin free, sustainable energy and healthy jobs.

Keeping 90% of our current Constitution, foundations and rights intact, The Valentine Constitution modernizes our unaccountable government to assist rather than restrict citizens.

Women, LGBTs, blacks, anti-tax and anti-deficit groups, environmentalists, 80% of America will get what they want most.

Candidates, nonprofits, foundations, protests and fundraisers have failed for decades to fulfill their missions. If they were going to solve our problems, they would have by now. How much longer will you hope that government or Wall Street or scientists solve your problems when they haven’t yet?

Even if your wish list of candidates were elected, what legislation would they pass? They’re too polarized and stalemated, between and within parties, to pass all the legislation needed to solve our many problems, and how long would it take them? It took Valentine 12,000 hours over 45 years! Unless we dictate play, our problems will never be solved.

Left, right and center voters, nonprofits, causes and celebrities can combine their considerable power to get the word out to dictate to candidates to vote FOR RATIFICATION or not be (re)elected.

The hard work’s been done. All you have to do is say you want it to trigger positive polling and they’ll ratify it to get your vote, then we can finally fix everything.
