PART. III. Our WATER and FOOD SUPPLY

The US has too little water to save our current population.

Section. 7. Population will be reduced and immigration prohibited except for real marriages:

Immigration will be prohibited so that American Citizens can survive the upcoming water and food shortages which threaten the survival of our species. We don’t even have enough water to save all Americans, unless we reduce our population to 250 million, practice sustainable water, farming and fishing practices, and adopt the environmental provisions of The Valentine Constitution.

Hosting immigrants feels good but fails to fix the problems immigrants are running away from, the gravest of which is water. Only 1% of earth’s water is liquid fresh water. 1/5 is in our Great Lakes; 1/5 is in Lake Baikal; 2/5 is in the Amazon River, leaving only 1/5 for 7 billion people to fight and die over. We cannot save them, but we can save ourselves, if we reduce our population and protect our water supplies from theft and ruin. To solve this problem in time, we must ratify The Valentine Constitution. Piecemeal legislation takes too long, lacks real solutions, and will not save us in time. America must lead all countries in sharing knowledge, creating innovations and adopting measures to fix the environmental breakdowns already in progress and avoid the natural calamities soon headed our way.

… illegal aliens will be deported and foreign aid will flow through deportees to American companies contracted to solve their home country’s problems:

Immigration results from warfare, crime, corruption and drought at home. We can help the world’s downtrodden far more by helping them solve the problems that made them flee than by allowing a few of them to immigrate. We can ensure their leaders don’t steal, divert or misspend the foreign aid we send by empowering deported illegal aliens like the dreamers to direct our foreign aid to American companies who will help them fix their home country’s problems and benefit the intended people.

Under The Valentine Constitution, American companies will be creating sustainable technology products ripe for export to deportees’ home countries. With funding and support from US companies and our government, and with foreign aid reaching the intended targets, these home country ambassadors will have the means to solve their country’s problems, including how to survive the upcoming water and food shortages. At the same time they will bring back to their home countries the skills they learned and the money they made in America. Rather than encourage immigrants to run away from their problems and homelands, and try in vain to salvage their traditions and cultures in exile, we’ll help would-be immigrants solve their problems in the home countries they prefer to live in.

Candidates, nonprofits, foundations, protests and fundraisers have failed for decades to fulfill their missions. If they were going to solve our problems, they would have by now. How much longer will you hope that government or Wall Street or scientists solve your problems when they haven’t yet?

Even if your wish list of candidates were elected, what legislation would they pass? They’re too polarized and stalemated, between and within parties, to pass all the legislation needed to solve our many problems, and how long would it take them? It took Valentine 12,000 hours over 45 years! Unless we dictate play, our problems will never be solved.

Left, right and center voters, nonprofits, causes and celebrities can combine their considerable power to get the word out to dictate to candidates to vote FOR RATIFICATION or not be (re)elected.

The hard work’s been done. All you have to do is say you want it to trigger positive polling and they’ll ratify it to get your vote, then we can finally fix everything.
