ARTICLE. V.

Our  JUDICIAL  Branch

PART.  IV.     Our  COURTS

Section.  1. Review Court shall within 1 month issue a free, nonbinding opinion on the merits of any case:

Not worth the stress, time and money required to sue? Too expensive to defend against? Bad actors, including the government and big companies, go unchallenged. The Valentine Constitution instead allows Citizens to get a quick ruling on any civil or criminal dispute from 3 specialized judges who will provide a non-binding advisory opinion and must offer and may approve civil settlements and criminal sentences. Fast, free, educational and user friendly, Review Court will protect Citizens from unfair business practices, fraud, crime and bad policing, and stop the bad from preying on the good.

 … must consider all relevant arguments whether presented or not:

These “advocatejudges are required to take all sides and consider all relevant arguments and laws whether presented or not, thereby neutralizing the advantage of better, more expensive attorneys. A judge may call upon outside judges for expertise, opinions or arguments.

Most civil and criminal matters will be solved easily and quickly in Review Court, because the upper courts are likely to come to the same conclusion, especially since the Review Court will have already considered every fact, argument and angle possible.

PART.  III.     JURISDICTION and STANDING

Section.  1. Any party involved in any case may appear;

Section.  2. Each court will have unlimited personal, territorial and subject matter jurisdiction:

All parties – persons, companies, countries, etc – and all matters – civil, criminal, tort, tax, copyright, Armed Forces etc – related to a case will be included. The Valentine courts do away with separate jurisdictions, courts and venues in favor of expert judges who provide opinions, arguments, settlements and sentencing. Additional judges may be called upon where additional courts would today. The maximum amount of  information is then focused on a given case for the least amount of money in the least amount of time with the most amount of convenience. Judges and fewer staff practicing mostly online saves drive time, parking, real estate, building and maintenance, and staffing costs while maximizing the hours actually worked.

Section.  4. No fees will be charged:

Free access encourages Citizens to bring bad apples to justice, participate in their democracy, and become educated about their laws.

PART.  II.     Our JUSTICES

Section.  2. Supreme Court Justices are elected by voters within 30 days of a vacancy and serve for 12 years.

PART.  IV.     Our COURTS

A Lower Court may send a constitutional case directly to the Supreme Court:
