#TheValentineConstitution will assign soldiers ending their tours to civilian support divisions to allow direct feedback from field units they support, and to aid with their assimilation back into civilian life.

Psychologists will be embedded in both divisions to aid soldiers before, during and after stressful duty.

#TheValentineConstitution will imbed psychologists with stateside end of tour duty rosters in order to facilitate re-assimilation from active duty to civilian life.

Assigning retuning soldiers to domestic invasive species eradication duty may cure PSD, as may imbedding pro-bono hunter psychologists. #TheValentineConstitution

#TheValentineConstitution prohibits duties to be contracted to private companies.

#TheValentineConstitution requires that all duties be performed by our military personnel, whether in the civilian support division or on the battlefield.

No duties will be contracted to private companies; private security forces will be prohibited. #TheValentineConstitution

#TheValentineConstitution designates our Armed Forces to protect the natural resources we now allow to be stolen from us on a regular basis.

In-country Armed Forces dealing with illegal aliens, invasive species, infrastructure defense or cyber security will coordinate with State Guards tasked with Emergency Relief, disasters, all fires, paramedics, traffic, and crowds #TheValentineConstitution

Tight coordination will reinforce the checks and balances, avoid friendly fire, and require zero transition time during disasters or crises. #TheValentineConstitution
