SUMMARY
The Valentine Constitution will enable all Citizens to get fast, free legal action on any problem within 30 days by submitting online to The Review Court which will clarify the legal positions of all involved. It’s not binding, merely informative, but judges must offer advice and settlements to all parties and may approve settlements desired by both parties. Bad actors will be found out and stopped before they do more damage. Whistleblowers will be protected. And any illegal acts uncovered must be pursued by the justice department and/or the court.
All courts will have unlimited personal, territorial and subject matter jurisdiction, and all cases may include any parties, persons, companies, countries, etc. The 3 judges must consider and advance all relevant arguments and all pertinent law(s) whether presented or not, and all parties whether appearing or not. These advocate judges neutralize today’s advantage of having the better, more expensive attorney, and apply the law so often not applied today by unaware attorneys.
Judgment and Appeals courts allow juries, admissibility rules, and the like. Any lower Court may send a case to the Supreme Court which may hear it. Citizens vote for Supreme Court Justices within 30 days of a vacancy.
