SUMMARY
The Valentine Constitution prohibits unsolicited contact, catcalling, obscenity, harassment and stalking, limits “breeder” industries like strip clubs, pornography and bloody onscreen violence, and prohibits abuse, rape, pimping, prostitution and human trafficking. Prohibits paying or taking bribes, ransoms, extortions, blackmails or criminal protections thereby removing the criminal incentive to do it. Prohibits gambling of more than 10% of one’s annual income to prevent addicts from gambling away their spouse and childrens’ home, assets, credit and savings. Prohibits scalping of tickets because it jacks up prices for all, discourages artists from making tickets affordable, and sets a bad example for our children. Requires use of technology to make sports calls accurate, uniform and fast. Prohibits PEDs or artificial body parts or supports to prevent unfair advantages and keep sport’s records clean and attainable. Prohibits once male transsexuals from competing on female teams. Allows AI to make our lives easier, but prohibits sexbots, mind uploading and superior AI likely to enslave and exterminate us. All religions will be taught, and school prayer will be allowed, but may not be required or imposed. No spam email. No telemarketing. No junk mail.
Programs will help victims heal and help perpetrators stop; enforcement efforts will focus more on catching perpetrators and less on shaming and interrogating fragile victims. Prison boot camp will teach criminals respect, discipline and acceptance. K-12 school relationship classes, also available to adults nights and weekends, will end the mean-spirited, disagreeable viciousness that has poisoned our schools, neighborhoods, communities and country.
