ARTICLE. VII.

RIGHTS and FREEDOMS

PART. I. RIGHTS and RESPONSIBILITIES

Section. 9. Equal rights regardless of gender, sexual orientation, appearance:

Whether lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexual or transgender, every Citizen is entitled to equality in the workplace and in public. These rights are excluded from our current Constitution yet affirmed by our Declaration of Independence, the superior, formative document. The Valentine Constitution codifies equal rights for LGBTs, women and all Citizens into a constitutional provision making it the law of the land once and for all.

equal pay for equal work:

The Valentine Constitution establishes equal pay for equal work for all Citizens. LGBTs, women and other Citizens are being cheated as individuals and groups because our laws fail to force businesses to do the right thing. This provision, supported by 90% of Americans, codifies yet another right not protected by our current Constitution.

Section. 10. Harassment, stalking, catcalling, bullying and bashing will be prohibited:

Not sufficiently protected by our current constitution, our Citizens are subjected to oppressive bullies imposing “might makes right” villainy. Allowing them to get away with it feeds their hatred and emboldens their anger, encouraging more injurious crimes like rape and spree killings. The Valentine Constitution intervenes early and often enough to avoid escalation. Additional solutions include unarmed soft crimes units with programs to help victims heal and help perpetrators stop; more enforcement effort spent pursuing hardened perpetrators and less on blaming and interrogating fragile victims; and prison boot camp to teach respect, discipline and tolerance.

PART. II. PUBLIC SCHOOLS

Section. 2. Relationship class:

The Valentine Constitution prevents bullying and hate crimes in a daily relationship class which will allow our P-12 students to share their life stories and find sympathy, advice and programs to solve their personal problems. A modicum of empathy by others would have prevented most spree killings by alleviating the bitterness before it built up into animosity and was released in violence. Also for adults at night and on weekends, relationship class will defuse animosities and engender happier communities.

people who have a vagina and either look or identify female, and people who have both or neither genitalia and both look and identify female, will use the ladies’ bathroom; people with only a vagina who identify male, and all those with a penis or both or no genitalia who either look or identify male, must use the men’s:

The bathroom usage law is easily established since men don’t care who uses their rest room.

SPEAK POWER to POWER

Nonprofits, protests, parties, candidates, Presidents with 2 house majorities, none have solved our persistent problems. Instead, polarized sides concern themselves and us in the petty details of their competing investigations. Valentine puts the solutions we need into written legislation we can demand by reserving our votes for candidates who support ratification.

Women and LGBTs want equal rights and pay. Parents want schools that develop children’s gifts into profitable skills. Un(der)employed adults want similar free after school classes. Workers prefer a $20 minimum wage to welfare. Blacks want a fair policing and court system. Fiscal conservatives want accountable, deficit free government and a single 5% tax. Environmentalists, fishermen, etc want sustainable energy, farming, fishing and forestry practices. Celebrities want an end to the paparazzi; and gun owners would agree to background checks. Our current Constitution fails on these issues. This constitution includes them all, and our foundations and rights.

With inclusive legislation to team up behind, this coalition of left and right voters is powerful enough to dictate the outcome of any election. Add sports, music and movie celebrities, and nonprofits dedicated to these provisions, and this constitution will be easily ratified. Polling will force candidates to vote FOR RATIFICATION or not be (re)elected. Recommend ratification, in person, on social media, post a selfie or selfeo saying “Ratify The Valentine Constitution”, join one of our Facebook groups …
