ARTICLE. VII.

RIGHTS and FREEDOMS

PART. I. RIGHTS and RESPONSIBILITIES

Section. 9. …unsolicited contact, catcalling, harassment and stalking:

Not prohibited by our current Constitution, written when women were considered “chattel”, these privacy invasions rob victims of life and liberty, hindering them from becoming happy, productive members of our society. Allowing them feeds hatred and emboldens anger likely to escalate into more injurious crimes like rape and spree killing. The Valentine Constitution uses programs to help victims heal and help perpetrators stop; enforcement efforts focused more on catching hardened perpetrators and less on shaming and interrogating fragile victims; prison boot camp to teach criminals respect, discipline and acceptance, and K-12 school relationship classes also available to adults nights and weekends to expose, confront and prevent.

Section.  10  … prohibits the onscreen or public display of obscene language, hate speech, bloody screen violence and dismemberment, and human genitalia or the anal or pubic region or their emissions; sex for pay; rape, molestation, human trafficking and kidnapping:

Prohibits abuse, rape, pimping, prostitution and human trafficking, and limits “breeder” industries like strip clubs, pornography and bloody onscreen violence allowed as “art” under our current Constitution. Free speech was never intended to protect industries staging and filming sex and violence, grooming prostitutes and human “product” for pimps and traffickers, and breeding Johns and rapists. Stunted, desperate men will no longer be allowed to pay someone else’s daughter to get naked and perform sexual acts for their perverse gratification. Providers and customers will be pursued both here and abroad.

… paying or receiving bribes, ransoms, extortions, blackmails or criminal protections:

Since it will be impossible for a Citizen to pay a ransom, then criminals won’t kidnap anyone since there’s no money in it. Likewise blackmail or extortions.

gambling of more than 10% of one’s annual income:

Prevents out of control addicts from gambling away their spouse and kids’ home, assets, credit and savings.

… the scalping of tickets:

Scalping jacks up prices for all, bars poor Citizens from participating in their culture, discourages artists from making tickets affordable, and sets a bad example for our children.

… inaccurate line, strike, foul or clock calling:

Technology makes sports calls fast, uniform and accurate with the least interruption of play.

… PEDs or artificial body parts or supports:

No unfair advantages. Keeps records clean and attainable.

… human or animal cloning, mind uploading; limits AI:

Creating one’s own master and enslaver is insanity! Allows artificial intelligence to make our lives easier, but prevents limitless entities with no conscience from controlling, enslaving and exterminating us or the universe.
